About Adult Day Health Center at the Willows
Caregivers and Day Health Services participants alike benefit from the Day Health Services program. Caregivers need some time away from care-giving duties to fulfill their own needs and other commitments with work and family, while knowing that a loved one is in good hands. Caregivers may feel reluctant to use adult day care services because they seem unfamiliar, or because a loved one is hesitant to try something new. However, those who attend the Willows Adult Day Services program benefit from socializing with others and enjoy their time with us. Loved ones find new friends, stimulation from social activities and a renewed sense of purpose. Participants in our Adult Day program are supervised, have access to medication administration, rehabilitation therapy, social interaction and all of the outings, celebrations and off-site day trips that our long-term residents enjoy so much.
