Bennington Project Independence is a creative, compassionate and cost effective alternative to traditional nursing home care. We have been helping families care for loved ones at home and in the community for more than 30 years! Bennington Project Independence is a not-for-profit agency that provides comprehensive, cost-effective Adult Day Services for adults over age 18 who may face the challenges associated with aging and/or disability. Bennington Project Independence is a Veteran's Administration Adult Day Health Center and is a Choices for Care provider. Vermont Medicaid and long term care insurance accepted. Our mission is to encourage the vitality, health and well-being of older or disabled adults enabling them to continue residing at home, while supporting and providing respite to their families and caregivers.
