InterAge Adult Day Program is a full service, medical model program serving Rutland County adults 18 and older who may have dementia or other cognitive impairment, medical issues or physical challenges and elders who may be socially isolated. By promoting socialization, optimum health, fitness and creativity, we meet our primary goal of preventing or postponing institutional care for this population.
