About Generations Crossing Adult Care Program
Our Program offers a friendly and stimulating environment for adults unable to be alone during the day. Hot meals are served and daily medications are administered. Participants enjoy the company of other adults, the support of a nursing staff, and the joy of visiting children, as well as a variety of planned activities. Our Adult Care Program Serves: Persons 18 years and older; Persons who require supervision and assistance with daily living; Persons with health issues such as: Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia, Stroke/Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Multiple Frailties or Impairment
