About Nikkei Concerns - Kokoro Kai
Engaging activities for the mind and body. Food for the soul. Friendship. These are the essence of Kokoro Kai, our adult day program designed for elderly Nikkei living in the community. Our goal is to help participants maintain independence, enhance their quality of life and promote health and wellness. If you have an elderly relative who would enjoy conversation over lunch with friends, benefit from mild physical and mental "exercise," and participate in outings in the community, Kokoro Kai is the program of choice for your loved one. Kokoro Kai, which means "a meeting of hearts and minds," is housed at Nikkei Manor, our assisted living facility in Seattle's International District.
