We know you appreciate and value your community and the families and friends who care for you. It's also true that respite is something everyone needs at times - for your family/caregiver to rejuvenate and get some personal time, and for you to be with new friends of all ages and discover new interests and skills. Break Times provides facilitated projects, life enrichment programs for seniors and adults with disabilities in a dynamic, beneficial and fun setting.
