The center is pleased to introduce a new concept in Senior Day Care & Adult Day Health Care alternative, catering to frail elderly and physically-challenged adults in the community never before available to you. The Adult Day Health Care Services offer the the convenience of comprehensive health, therapeutic, social and recreational services designed to serve the specialized needs of those at risk of placement in a nursing facility. Our concept is to provide a team of bicultural and bilingual professionals to asses your health, therapeutic and social needs and facilitate coordination of services with compassion, courtesy and competence. Services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team of highly-skilled and dedicated health care professionals to assist you.
