At Graceful Senescence, we believe anyone who has earned the right to be called "Senior" should be celebrated! By formulating individualized plans of care, we encourage each participant to reach their maximum potential. We address all areas that affect your quality of life (mind, body and spirit), we support health, decrease illness, and deter institutionalization. Graceful Senescence is a fully licensed and certified Community Based Adult Services facility. We offer Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) & Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) to adults (18 and older) and elderly persons with varying health conditions. Some conditions include High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke, Arthritis, Dementia, and Alzheimer's disease.
