SteppingStone’s newest Adult Day Health Care Center, Mission Creek is a state-of-the-art facility with 8,000 square-feet overlooking San Francisco's beautiful Mission Creek Canal. Located just one block from AT&T Park, home to the San Francisco Giants, the Center has beautiful waterfront views and easy access to the canal’s lovely landscaped walking path. Our vibrant community integrates many cultures, including American, Chinese, Latin American, African, Filipino and Korean. Members have opportunities to connect with each other through discussion groups, movement classes, arts & crafts, games, walking club, educational programs, and indoor sports. And with senior housing on site thanks to our partnership with Mercy Housing, your new friends could live closer than you think!
