About COMMUNITY BRIDGES ELDERDAY
Elderday Adult Day Health Care Center provides quality day care for Santa Cruz County’s frail elderly adults and individuals with Alzheimer disease and/or related conditions by offering help with daily living tasks. Since 1981, Elderday has provided companionship, activities, health care monitoring, rehabilitation and therapies for elders and adults with physical, emotional, social or cognitive impairments living in Santa Cruz County. We help our participants develop and maintain the highest level of independence and personal functioning to prevent premature institutionalization. At the same time, this weekday program provides respite for family caregivers.
