Active Day/Senior Care adult health centers were founded in 1995 and 1988, respectively, and merged in 2011 to become the largest and most trusted provider of adult day health services in the United States. We have over 75 locations across the country to help families successfully manage the responsibility of caring for an elderly or frail adult who is living at home, while enhancing the quality of life for those individuals in need of care.
