About Senior Total Life Care
PACE, (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), is a comprehensive health care program for seniors who have disabilities or health concerns and wish to remain in their home while receiving all needed medical and supportive services. PACE offers an entire continuum of care from medical services to medications, from nutritious meals to transportation – all personalized to meet your specific needs. Senior TLC is proud to offer PACE services to our community. This model of health care has been in existence for over 40 years throughout the United States. The program focus is on prevention, wellness, and a commitment to enhance the quality of life of seniors and their families through care and support. Our day center is open five days a week, with transportation services, and provides a fun and friendly place where you’ll find medical, rehab and support services. You can take pleasure in meals with friends, enjoy social activities and get the support you need to make life more fulfilling.
