If you know a young adult with special needs who is looking for a daytime place to make friends, have adventure, find stimulation and opportunities to grow while being appreciated as a person you don’t have to look any further. HopeBridge Adult Day Services was created just for them. We are dedicated to providing the best nursing and custodial care in an atmosphere of fun and excitement.
