Our center provides adult day health care to elderly, frail, or disabled adults. Designed to be an alternative to home health services, nursing homes or assisted living facilities, our state-of-the-art center offers a daytime program of recreational activities, social services, meals, and nursing care in a safe, caring environment. Horizon Adult Day Services give clients the chance to receive professional care, while still remaining independent in their communities.
