We are a state approved community based day care program that provides health, rehabilitation and recreation to those who need assistance to live independently. This allows individuals to continue to live at home and avoid placement in a nursing home. Our priority is to maintain the quality of life in our ethnic families and communities. This allows the other members of the family to maintain their daily routine while their loved ones are at our center receiving great care and assistance. We strive to provide the best quality of care possible. Our services include a variety of activities that help our members maintain their mobility and physical independence, and we specialize in caring for various impairments and health problems listed below. Here, we want you to feel at home - as part of the La Bella Vida Family. We take pride in our professional qualified staff, which include licensed Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Activities Personnel, Dietary Consultants and Nursing Assistants. They all take part in administering medications, provide educational programs, manage day to day health needs, help attend to emergencies, provide family support and assist with planning our services.
