Brooklyn United Methodist Church Home Adult Day Health Care Program allows its participants to remain in their home within the community as long as possible in spite of physical or medical limitations. Our Program has been carefully designed to provide a safe, stimulating and supportive environment in a lovely and pleasant state of the art facility. It is our promise to provide the best quality of health care services. We will work closely with your family/caregiver, community doctor and other service providers you have in the community
