About Clay County Council on Aging-Adult Day Health Care.
The Adult Day Health Care Program provides support for older adults in Clay County who are able to live at home but may require extra support and care. Adult Daycare is a wonderful outlet for caregivers who wish to give their loved ones a place to be cared for and have fun during the day. We are here to bring peace of mind to caregivers while offering a secure environment for socialization, health monitoring, nutritional guidance and activities that are supervised by a Registered Nurse. Both the Adult Day Health Care Programs at Green Cove Springs and in Orange Park provide a safe and secure environment. Caregivers will feel at ease knowing their loved ones are being well cared in a stimulating and therapeutic atmosphere.
