Spearheaded by the Council on Aging and the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners, the project attracted organizations like the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, the Ponte Vedra Rotary Club, the Don and LaVonne Blackburn Foundation, Vicar’s Landing, the Jaguars Foundation and a host of individual community sponsors.
