About The Homeplace Adult Day Centers - Lincolnton
At The Homeplace Adult Daycare our adult participants enjoy lively conversations and delicious meals shared with new and old friends. We maintain a welcoming environment for those 18 years of age and older. We have a full-time nursing staff who will monitor the health and well-being of participants. We make sure medications are taken and health care regimens are followed. Skilled nursing is available as needed. We case manage and coordinate care between families, home services and the client’s physician. Besides the therapeutic programs available at the facility, day care participants also enjoy a relaxing environment where they can build new relationships. We facilitate social interaction through a planned calendar of activities so that the adults at the facility will have a worthwhile time. No day is wasted, each moment matters!
