Adult Day Health (ADH) services are Medicaid Waiver or Fee-for-Service services provided to participants in order to assist them in developing, maintaining and improving their skills in daily living. A Service Supervisor will work with each participant to develop and implement a plan to assist the individual in working towards his or her goals.
