Awakening Excellence Adult Day Health Center, “A E Adult Day,†is a licensed multicultural community program based in West Roxbury, MA. With three words in mind, "comfort, community, and care", we will provide a variety of health, therapeutic and social services. Our structured environment includes nursing care, recreational activities, medication administration and transportation to and from the center. Our devoted staff will work closely with clients to develop personalized and comprehensive care plans to meet their exact needs and goals. At Awakening Excellence, we want our clients to be as happy and comfortable as possible, for as long as possible.
