Our mission is to support the independence and well-being of older adults, enhance their dignity and self-respect, and promote participation in all aspects of community life. Believing that adults regardless of their impairment can benefit by participating in a community where they are accepted for who they are, and have opportunities to experience a sense of purpose and success and not pressured to be anyone they are not and encourage to be everything they can be. Celebrating life in a compassionate and dignified manner has always been the Flemming’s family philosophy of care. Victorian Garden respects the individual rights, strengths, values and preferences which encourage individuals to participate in their own plan of care and services to the fullest extent possible. Families receive the encouragement, support and education as they face their roles as caregivers.
