About Putnam Ridge Adult Day Health Services
Adult Day Services offers a medical model program offering seniors and their families access to quality care for loved ones during the day until they return home in the late afternoon. Our program operates from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday and is a Medicaid participating program providing a wide range of health services under the supervision of a nurse and professional staff in a warm, secure and safe environment. Additionally we provide breakfast and lunch, recreational and social activities, rehabilitation services if necessary as well as case management and nursing care services. If you are an adult caring for your parent at home and you are facing unprecedented challenges - perhaps our Adult Day Program can be part of the solution. Consider letting our staff provide the care and comfort your parent needs during the day when you are away from home. Putnam Ridge community-based Adult Day Care program provides quality care for older adults who require supervision and health care service during the workday.
