Details (plain text, max 1000 characters):: CarePartners Adult Day Center, Inc. was established in 1993 to provide adults with dementia and/or physical impairment(s) and their family caregivers an alternative to nursing home care. Our non-profit, adult day program provides a warm, safe and fun place for frail adults to spend the day, while their families go to work, run errands or take a break from caregiving responsibilities. Transportation to our center is available throughout Franklin and northern Grand Isle Counties. CarePartners is a Vermont certified adult day program, in addition to being a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) approved adult day health center. CarePartners believes that each participant is a unique individual with strengths and weaknesses. We recognize and encourage the individual strengths of participants, while providing supports for their limitations. In addition, we believe everyone has the potential for growth and development.
