Details (plain text, max 1000 characters):: The Adult Day Care Program offers a variety of support services to elderly people and those with physical, emotional and/or mental impairments. These individuals require care and support services during part of the day but less than 24-hour care. Our services are provided in a friendly and protective environment. We provide individualized-focused care, which fosters dignity, respect and help improve and maintain family cohesion. Our programs are designed to assist registrants to meet their health, social and recreational needs as well as help them retain active and independent in the community. An individualized plan of care to help meet all their needs will be designed based on their schedule. Transportation will be provided to and from the program. The program operates from Monday to Saturday.
