Q: Hello, my name is Howard Wu, I own Aspen Leaf Preschool in San Diego and I’m also an attorney. A couple years ago I started helping preschools in California to appeal Type A and Type B citations. CCLD has updated its website, which now says they issued you a citation last week. If you weren’t already planning to appeal, I highly encourage you to do so.
